Dr. Jeff Grykuliak

Born and raised in Edmonton, Jeff Grykuliak grew up with an active, outdoor lifestyle. After a sports medicine class in high school sparked an interest in injuries and human biology, he decided to pursue a degree in kinesiology (formerly physical education, BPE) at the university of Alberta with a concentration in active living, health and well-being.

He attended chiropractic school in sunny California where he hiked and surfed away the weekends while serving on the executive team of the school's sports council team, which gave him exposure to treating a wide range of athletes, from weekend-warriors to professionals, of various different sports.

On top of his chiropractic training, Jeff is certified in full-body Active Release Techniques (ART) and Selective Functional Movement Analysis (SFMA). His treatment philosophy is to address the entire body and correct biomechanics and movement patterns so that people achieve more lasting results.

His practice has now grown to include a diverse range of patients, as his scope of different treatment options can accommodate many different conditions and preferences.

When not in the office, Jeff can likely be found on the side of a mountain or river, catching fish, climbing rocks and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.
